Came across the grant assist program while searching for fundraising and sponsorship ideas for my Youth Travel Basketball team. When I was on the page it said something about a 2.97 s/h fee for the cd. I tried to click out of it but then an info box pops up saying if I send for the cd, it will just be .97 cents. So I did that on 09/22/2011. They gave me immediate access to the site. I recieved the cd within three days and popped it into the pc. Very hard to understand and obtain a grant through their program so I tried to find a way to cancel that day but without any luck.Went on about my business and didn't think more about it until this weekend when mysteriously I did not have sufficient funds for a purchase. Check my account and I see this 'zbelly' bull (Inappropriate Content Removed). Tried to call and of course they were not open. Finally talked to someone today and they say I didn't read the terms and conditions. That the money is non-refundable and I did not cancel within 7days. Really? That was 09/22/2011. TODAY is 11/15/2011!!! He says we've charged you before. And I'm thinking-when did you take damn near 60 bucks and I didn't notice? This fool is talking about the damned .97 cents! Come on!!!! I gave him a little piece of my mind after I figured I was not going to get anywhere with him and my much needed cash is gone. I did let him know though that I would be reporting their set up to the BBB. Don't think it rattled him but it made me feel slightly better.....smh. I really needed that money.
