I had a letter out of the blue in December 2016, saying I had a debt of £132.93, with details of how to pay a company which had been empowered to recover it. I know this is not true because I am always meticulous with my finances. I recognised none of the details of the apparent debt. My husband said he'd heard this was a current scam and so I ignored the letter. Today another letter has arrived, from capquest, referring to Arrow Global Limited, again showing various ways of making payment. I plan to ignore that as well, even though this debt collection agency looks convincing. It is frustrating to receive such a letter, but I believe that I have been scammed and that it is not my debt.
