If I would have known now, then - I would have never hired Doug McSpadden to build my home. He lied and was extremely deceitful, his values and morals are questionable, and you have to remember a builder is as good as his trades. Where's the warranty on stone and brick, when it starts falling away from the house. When the rain penetrates through the walls, where's the warranty. Where's the trades.... We are suing him, his business and the trades that built the house.
