We ordered a hockey jersey. Credit card was promptly charged more than on sales receipt plus foreign transaction fees. After much back and forth with a customer service rep who gives us the runaround, he finally admits that they do not have item to ship. We requested a refund on December 16th. and are still waiting to see credit in account. DO NOT BUY from www.hoopitem.com. Credit card was charged by TRYFREEBIZ in Shanghai, China.
