was in a rent to own agreement and at the end needed an extra month was approved for a mortgage but we had a hard time because the way they write up there contracts it is very hard to get approved for a mortgage the houses are inflated and they tell you that you get 100 percent rental credit back which is not the case they make so difficult that you will not get approved ,so they keep your money and their house and go to the next victom . This is a Russian company the owner lives in Russia and has people like Maxium and Paul doing his dirty work for him and some guy that's here from Russia tells them what to do whom is a family member of their boss in Russia.its sad how they can come to this country and prey on people for their own greed.
