Have reported repeadly the fact that my replacement phone, that they charge me to replace, does not allow you to make or recieve calls due to continouslly shutting down, confirming data, failure to configure whatever it is trying to do. If by chance you get the number to actually go through it will hang up and shut down then go through the process all over again. Not to speak of when you call customer service you can never talk to a real person. Their technical support is only by chat if at all. They never respond back. Battery doesn't last one hour at best. This company should not be allowed to use Federal money for anything. Will definately contact FCC and the BBB.
