I answer a satisfaction survey on my bank account. At the end they ask for address for a free gift for answering the survey. Only have to pay for shipping charges what I agree. I receive the suppose gift and after that they start charging to my bank account 98.00 dollars for watches. I receive a couple that was suitable for my Christmas gifts. one of them I never received it. Yesterday I receive a new one so I communicate with my bank to reverse the charge. I call to a number provided by the company to stop shipments and apparently they do not attention to my request. I have to cancel my credit card and ask for a new one with all the problems that this will cause me wile I receive the new one that may take up to two weeks. I have the merchandise I receive ready to be sent back when I receive a return autorization with all the warranties that this will end.
