i bought a new car in august of 2016 never owned a new car before so i didn"t really know much about having an exstended waranty i thought i had to get it on the car omnisure kept sending me letters telling me that my waranty on my car was about to expire so i ended up getting a waranty from them. i called them today january10 to cancel i explained to them that i couldn't afford it plus trying to pay for my car to i talked to some guy named andrew i also told him i wanted my money back he kept making excuses saying it would't be smart to cancel and that i could pay them 95.00 a month instead of 178.38 a month so when i kept asking for my money he said that i couldn't get it back i've paid a total of 873.18 he told me that he was sending me paper work and i had until the 26th of this month to make a payment. when i made my payments i used my debt card i am so afraid these people are going to take my money out of my account. i could really use some help[ on how to get my money back from these people they are so demanding andrew told me to only talk to him he clamied he was the manager.
