Here is copy of my message to my bank:
Compass Bank
I have two debit cards, one for each of my two accounts with Compass Bank. Both cards have been charged by Magic Jack without my authorization.

I have had Magic Jack at least a year with phone number 850 615 4456. When my one year subscription was up, instead of asking me if I wanted it renewed another year, Magic Jack debited my checking account without authorization. I did not take this seriously and I am not complaining about this since I would have given my authorization. That is on checking account ending 1075.

What I am complaining about are the charges recently made to my account by Magic Jack both to account ending 1075 and account ending 2112 on November 14th in the following amounts:
A/c 2112 for $81.64, $4.14, $20.95 and $20.95
A/C 1075 for $20.95

The reason I should get an immediate credit ON ACCOUNT 2112 is because when I authorized the $81.64 and $4.14 it was with the promise of Magic Jack that this charge would not be run through until AFTER 30 days trial period, whichin which time I could return the Magic Jack Plus and would not be charged. Instead, Magic Jack put the charges through immediately. As can be seen on the report below, the owner of Magic Jack specifically states NO CHARGES would be made to the card until the expiration of the trial period.

The $20.95 charge ON ACCOUNT 2112 was made with my authorization for a ONE TIME CHARGE FOR A ONE TIME SERVICE, but Magic Jack charged my card TWICE.

As for the $20.95 charge on ACCOUNT 1075, I was attempting to use my visa card on it and got a message that the card could not be processed. So I cancelled the transaction from that account for that phone number 850 615 4456. But the charge did, obviously, go through. So the card was processed in spite of my cancellation of the request.

I have made numerous attempts to reach someone about these problems and do not get a response. Therefore I am requesting immediately cancellation of these charges. In the next message I will send a copy of evidence of fraud about this company, since I cannot get it all on one message.
