Needed to submit an application for a birth certificate in Saskatchewan. Ended up requesting the certificate through this third party scam! When I called vital stats to check on the status, one month later, I was informed that I had requested it through a third party company that vital stats has nothing to do with. I tried to cancel the request but apparently they won't do that or refund the money even though I haven't received the certificate nor has sask vital stats. You call and everything goes to voice mail. I tried all the extensions and it's just going to voicemail.
