Ordered a knee brace 12-8-16, got confirmation and tracking#, that's it. Tracking has never changed since then. USPO says they have been notified a package will be coming to them, never received. Phones numbers disconnected or for another company in Canada who gets a kick out orthomen customers calling. Contact email, 5 or 6 times. I got one response from a names of "Carl's", item being held up in customs. PO says no. Made a disbut with my bank, they are investigating. I would have liked the knee brace. It's 1-17 not here.
