Todd Bowen live in Newark Ohio he has 2 young sons and a wife named Susie Bowen. Todd Bowen approached me on providing him with money to close on a real estate deal. He composed a contract stating my funds would go to escrow and that the closing would take place in 48hours. I drove to him made the deposit into an account in which was supposed to be an attorney escrow account. Once the funds were deposited into the account the criminal stopped answering my calls. I called his brokerage and they stated he no works under them. Please if you have any information about this guy contact me or the nearest authorities. Thanks
