I suggest to know the consumer rights, so you don't make a mistake by paying what you initially the company will not charge you, as long as you go through the right steps.

1)I realized the "free sample" of this company was NOT
free give away trial & to be charged about $200.CDN on my credit card after 14 days trial. I failed to read "ALL the contract details"(which many will fail to do)--was the "CATCH"!!

2)I marked calendar right away: date I ordered/shipped/*estimated arrival date/delivered date/& the trial expiry date=14days

3)When I received(email) the *estimate arrival date, I right away knew how many days remain to have the trial. I decided to notify my cancellation right away by email(that they indicated)--so I have a record it.
(*send it at least 2 same emails to make sure)

4)They replied on Wed. to my email of Mon. So calling them could be faster; mean while I already called the 'Toll free #' to get the "cancellation confirmation #" to each of 2 products.(make sure which # is for which product)

*--yes, they hired strong accented ladies & line is breaking, puts me on hold often & explain things very fast(& the back ground is so noisy). Just say "I don't understand at all" & "I refuse to pay what I don't want/understand".

5)I reported my credit card company to note the above 'cancellation confirmation #'s to prepare the future dispute if I get unwanted charges occurs.
(match them with the company names of credit card transactions for shipment made on the statement)

6)I am now watching the credit card statement for a couple weeks if nothing be charged. I'm going to the post office today to see if I can get cheap cost to returning shipment (or free by "return to the sender"??).

Hopefully this helps someone out there, today this procedure of making contacts(to Abella M. & Credit card company) took me about 1.5h. I learned the lesson--that I don't ever want costly 'free samples'!!
