1)The post office accepted the box (with 2 returning items) as; "send back to the sender"
& was 'free' postage/shipping.

2)Just make sure that you use the same box/package they sent & even after opened it (to check inside or used some of the content), just seal it properly to ship it back--within the 14 days trial.

3)Also have the tracking# with you that is informed you(in email) that matches to what's on their label.

**In order to do this, hopefully you opened the bottom of the box & not the labeled side, or you did not damage the label--.
As long as you have the 'cancellation confirmation#', you do not have to write anything to put in or on the box/package.

They wrote me that one of their 50% off offer to keep the trial items will be a deal because I may have to pay a returning shipping cost, but this was not so.


I hope my case helps you & I'm glad that (at this point) I only paid the initial shipping cost.

I'll report again if anything unusual happens in my credit card (hopefully not).
