I was ask to do a an online survey and that when I finished the survey I was eligible for a free gift that all I had to do was to pay shipping on the gift. I was supposed to get to pick the gift out but I didn't even get to do that. So I used my credit card to pay the $5.98 shipping charge but no where on the site was there any information about becoming a member of a club or any fees for that just the shipping for the gift. Then today the 25 of January I received a call from the fraud dept of my bank that was asking me about some recent charges on my account and one was for $98.00 to that company (Allegro Luxury) I advised the bank that I had not authorized that charge. I called the company and spoke to several individuals about the charges but no one could help me nor could they give me the address of the company or anyone in charge of the company. I went to the internet to try to find out some information about the company I found out one of the sales persons name was Sarah she offered me 35% back and 2 gifts which I declined and asked to speak to a supervisor and her supervisor's name was Tasha who didn't know who the CEO or the owner of the company was. Then I was transferred to someone that was supposed to be a manager whose name was Owen which sounded like a woman trying to disguise her voice as a man. At this point I said I was going to file fraud charges with my bank.
