This is the 13th day I had for CANCELLING any future orders or payments and I'm getting the run around!! The original order was 6A4665AC67.

The original order was placed on Jan 15 and I received items on Jan 18th. Giving me "14 day trial days for use", this is Jan 30 (13 days later).

I called on Jan 18 to cancel any future orders and the girl I talked to told me that I couldn't cancel anything and I had to pay just for the Trial order. And did not give me a cancellation number for any future orders, that I told her I didn't want. Because it was not authorized. She told me not to worry about it that I won't get anything......LIAR !!!

Now today I look at my checking account and see charges for a New shipment of products for eye cream $84.95 and face cream for $89.92.

So I call again and the person I talked to today told me it was too late to cancel (even thought it is the 13th day of the trial period. I should be able to cancel this order and refuse items should they arrive in the mail and return them unopened!! BUT at least this time I did get a cancellation number C6A4665AC67.

I don't feel this is fair business practice !! The first girl I talked to on Jan 18th lied to me about the cancellation policy. I am currently "not working" because I had a hip replacement and cannot afford to pay for something that should have been cancelled back on Jan 18th. I should be entitled to a full refund of all products.

Also, I tried to call for two days but was on "hold" for so long I hung up because I had to leave the house.

PLEASE return my funds to the original payment method and Answer this e-mail asap.

I still have not gotten any help to re claim my funds!
