My wife signed up for the coursehero listing that they would not charge. They charged the credit card $120 and no service was provided. We tried to cancel the account or get a refund with no contact on the website. We were left with no choice but to block the charge on the credit card. The credit card company blocked it and the coursehero website responded saying they provided services. Which they didn't. They refused to refund any fee's and the support repeats replies like a Parrot. This company needs to be banned from credit services.
