i was lured into a work at home sceme that I received in my email from Capital Online Investments. For $27 I was allowed into the members area where I was instructed to sign up with brainhost for a website that they would construct about something I was interested in (cosmetics websites). So I bought the domain name www.cosmeticswebsites.com from them and they were supposed to make me an elaborate webpage about cosmetic websites. Instead they made me a dinky website about ebooks that were for sale. I spent $132.25 on the domain name. Then I was encouraged to spend $49.95 on a search engine promoter. I entered my information about my webpage and key words to search. I never received a receipt or anything verifying this purchase. A day later I searched for my webpage and found nothing. I called Capital Online Research and requested a refund of the $27. I also called BrainHost to ask for a refund of my $132.25. I have not seen either refund appear in my account yet. As I have no way of contacting the web search promoter, I am disputing that charge with Paypal.
