My wife agreed to take a survey online and receive a purse for shipping charges only. She used her credit card to pay the shipping. Before she realized what was happening she had received one purse and then an additional purse, and had been billed $98.00 for each one. She received no satisfaction when trying get a refund for these purses but says the account has been cancelled ... we'll see. This is nothing but a scam, legal or not, run by greedy thieves without consciences.
