No doubt I enjoy the meal (specially the unlimited one) I have at US pizza. Bit when it comes to the service I haven't seen any company worst than this. Everytime we walk into this franchise of US pizza. You enter the store thinuking you will have a great time there but at the end you are sucked. The waiter's talk to you as if they are doing some favour on you. When you go to the manager to complaint he starts talking as if he is the king. The time of delivering pizza takes ages and you need to sit there at least 10minutes to have the next slice ready and that too is not guarantee. This is a heartiest request to the US pizza company to please look into this matter and take it very seriously otherwise we the students of IBS because of whom your this store is functioning will boycott it and you will see no person from IBS there. As you have already lost 3 of your very loyal customers completely and no matter what we are not going to have pizza in your store with such a worst customer service.
