I paid $5.99 to receive a free luxury watch if I answered a survey on 12/12/2016. I did receive a watch and today, I received another watch which I did not purchase and was billed $98.00. I have read several other people have been subject to this scam as well. The address is 118 Park Ave , Bldg 4 STE C #600 Seaford DE 19973
