The addresss to the apartment was too good to be true for the price of only $900 a month ( minimum apartments in that complex start at $2200 minimum. I told him that we were a couple looking to rent and he didn't seem to care he didn't change the price. $900 deposit , $900 monthly rent. I decided to look up his name and email as a possible scam and I find a few complaints towards his name. I investigate further, Jacob used similar information. About him being a traveling engineering contractor or whatever it was . And how he's going away and wants someone respectful to care for his apartment while he's gone. I have him my personal email, first and last name are in my personal email... and my cell phone number. After looking up his name and finding these complaints I'm not going to continue with this. There's no way thin2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment complex ( with only one photo to show, of a bathroom ) was going for $900 a month when all the other apartments in this complex with set above $2000 a month !!
