On the website Grantassist.com I saw their grant toolkit for $2.97 and no other cost. I figured $2.97 for the shipping fee was nothing to pay given the information I would learn from the grant toolkit. Well a week later I was charged $57.93 by zbelly.com a website I knew nothing about. I called the number 1888-632-5590 and spoke to customer service and explain what and I asked was this a scam. The customer service rep became upset and said you agreed to the terms and conditions which states you will be charge $57.93 after the 7 day trial period. I explained that I did not read the terms and conditions and I just order straight from the page which told me that I only had to pay $2.97 for shipping and handling fees. In addition when a business is legit they will tell you up front that you are signing up for a free trail offer - the trail that they were talking about was put in the terms and conditions, which no one really reads because charges are not usually placed there. Either way I called the next day after being put on hold and being hung up on several time (11/15/2011), and I was told that my refund should hit my account within 7-10 business days. Well we will see....
