An alert froze my screen and was told to call Microsoft service immediately 888-287-7381.
An address appeared on the screen: https://support.microsoft.com/ru-ru/en

I was told I needed to install protection and it cost me 555,67$ for 3 years including
- firewall protection
- network security
- antihacking security
- avg security email protection
- antimalware security

They also uninstalled programs on my PC and said I would receive technician help anytime I needed it.

Since then the mouse freezes, the screen does too and web pages take a long time to load or a message appears that Internet doesn't answer. The same thing happens with Microsoft Office products.
