I bought the free sample (4 small bottles) only paying the shipping on January 30 (they said only 5$CA shipping, they charged me 29$CA), 15 days later I see in my credit card a transaction of 371$CA more. I called and the costumer services named Nemo (poor service) told me to send the product back and I will have to pay the shipping and wait for the refund. they will not pay me back my first 29 dollars shipping . they never told me that in 15 day I will pay the total amount of the product. also she gave me the address wrong.
