I ordered a Capitals jersey for Christmas. It did not arrive until after Christmas and was the wrong size! As everyone else has said before me, there is no information on the company on the website- just an email. After several exchanges, I agreed to pay another $21.99- stupid me- to get the write size because I wanted me son to have his present from his grandmother. After another three week wait period, they sent wrong size, but the jersey was discolored. Lettering that was supposed to be white was pink. Originally, they seemed as if they would resolve, but now they will not. This company is a scam. Told me to resell the original jersey on my own and offered me a discount. Ridiculous. They made two mistakes. Worst online experience I have ever had.
