I came to the Uk to work with my husband legally as a citizen of the Europen Union. Mr Emir Osman took a deposit of £4000 for the accomodation we rented from him. After some time my husband and I separated and he went back to Romania. I was working as a cleaner at that time and had a five year old daughter to support, by myself.
After 6 months were over, Mr Emir Osman told us we had to get out as he had found another tenant. I was happy to stay and pay the rent. But he wanted us out and even brought a thug to drive out a lady and 5 year old child.
Mr Emir Osman is a thief and a gutless coward, he refused to return the £4000 deposit , even though the house was inper fect condition.
I went to the police and the court issued an injunction against him so that he could not approach the house and harass us.
I was at the shop one day when he sent a workman in to disconnect the cooker and fridge, making the house unliveable for us. I was in tears, but we had to go back to Romania, my father sent some money.
Mr Emir Osman is a fraud, cheat, thief and bully and if anyone bothers to check , there is evidence if the injunction against him.
I hope that everyone in his Turkish community finds out what a criminal he is as he is supposed to be a 'community leader'
