It is operated by RAY LECERTE BAGANO,
it is a telephone scam they call people in dubai and saudi arabia from mobile phone numbers asking for payments,
and they promise fake visas
my name is Janet Peleno, i have already been scammed by PRUDENTIALVISAS.COM and PLEASE DO NOT TRUST them, contact the dubai police immedietely.
