Ordered online on 6th November 2016. I sent an email querying where item was. Response from Angela Sands 23rd November stating delivery within next 7 days. Item arrived 12th December. I requested information on how to return this item as it was extemely poor quality and badly fitting. I sent emails on 14th and 30th December 2016, then 15th January, 6th February and 28th February but have had no response. It seems obvious I am not going to get my refund.
