Thought I was ordering a gift for my wife from Publishers Clearing House. Was charged three times for the item at an inflated price. Was not from PCH, just a pop up ad over their ad. Had to call twice to get it stopped. Contacted bank to stop charges. I still have not found where I signed up for monthly charges. This is a scam.
