International boundaries
Paid for an ordered item via Bank Transfer. Never received.
Contact with a "Josh" from Head office, on his mobile. Office phone is never answered. He made promises to deliver - never eventuated. Cannot believe that Australians can be scammed in Australia by an Australian Company operating on our soil.
Complaint to Western Australia Consumer Affairs also proved ineffective. Probably due to being in another State which is of little consolation.
