Ordered free sample and should have been charged just the shipping -- but was charged $94.67 because I didn't cancel the order within 7-days. It took longer to receive the product so now even if it doesn't work I'm out of the money. When I contacted "customer service" they only offered to stop any further deductions from my account. I'm still waiting for the confirmation email from them about it. Also there was no information enclosed with product, i.e. how to use it and who to contact. I found their number from the deduction taken from my account. One of the women from Shark Tank endorsed the product -- wonder how much she got paid.
