I cancelled my verizon home service and internet account in May 2016. Verizon continues to bill me monthly even though I have another ISP and telephone company installed. I speak to customer service every month and they tell me my bill is at a 0 balance. However I keep receiving bills for payment. No one seem to know how to rectify this account in Verizon. I will include a copy of the latest email email from Verizon.
