I went on this site in jan or feb 2017. I was told if I paid for shipping I would receive a watch. I looked in my bank account and they charged me 98.00 because I only had a 14 days free trial. They wont take the watch back or refund my money. They said they would send me a voucher to my email address. I have been calling this number 1-844-875-1122 for a week now they keep telling me it takes 24 hrs to receive the voucher, I have asked how much the voucher is for they wont tell me. I have asked to speak to their supervisor, they keep telling me he or she are engaged on another call. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I am 72 years old and I need my money.
