I agreed to purchase a free product, gave my VISA for the shipping and Handling. I did not see any fine print to cancel in 14 days. Started receiving monthly bottles, sent them back by writing return to sender on the plastic bag. Wrote a letter the North Your address to stop sending. IN the past three months the name has been changed on my VISA card that describes where the product is coming from. Called VISA dispute who had a phone number. Called that number. Would only agree to refunding me one and a half months worth. Wanted me to say that I had no further disputes with the company. I refused to say that. Hung up. Got a call back in half and hour from another gentleman who wanted me to say I had no further disputes, was quite aggressive. I said this is a scam and he kept saying no, I agreed by having the product come monthly without cancelling the order. I would not have known where to get the cancellation number from except for the helpful VISA lady. Also they gave me a web site that does not exist, it is just the set up page with the IP address. VISA needs to take away their VISA privledges.
