This company advertises it's "expertise" as: "Developing new start up businesses" to do this they make up a webpage that touts the Company, and operate a Sales Campaign to build up the stock price for listing on a major exchange.
What they actually do is: Obtain a large blocks of client company stocks, in exchange for their "services", run the price up, and sell the stock on inside information that is not public knowledge.
Price and the Company Principals make huge profits on their stock, and the new investors are left to hang in the wind. You can see the effect by looking at the past performance of several of these companies...they show a classic "Pump and Dump" pattern.
Look up SYAI, PEIW, SYCAMORE VENTURES, WHIO, to see for your self...
When I asked for help, in Feb. 2011, Price promised to get the shares back up to my cost, within a "few months", but that never happened. He agreed to buy my stock back at my price, but reneged on that offer too. My advise is to stay clear of any dealings with Aero-Financial, Jim Price, or his salesman, Brian Kingsfield. Please call me if you have any information about or are a victim of any of these people.
We have about 9 other investors who have lost over $1.5 MIL.
Any information would be appreciated. 415 250 3214

Update: 11/15/2011

The head line about the loss amount should read $100,000, not $100

Update: 07/26/2012

I am now deleting my complaints on several websites. Scambook does not delete complaints, so I am amending it to verify that I got my money back...I hope other victims who have contacted me are able to recover their losses too.

Update: 11/20/2013

Price & Kingsfield used Rebuilders Medical (RBRM), as another "shell", and converted it to LION GOLD (LION)

  • It took over a 1 1/2 years to get the attention of Mr. Price, but thanks to the internet, and several months of posting my complaints on many sites, I finally received my money back. I attribute that to the fact that I had responses from about 30 other victims with similar stories to mine with total losses for many millions of $. That made my postings problematic for Mr. Price, as these people were encouraged to file lawsuits and to pursue their legal rights...so far I have not heard that Aero-Financial has defended against any of the cases that have reached trial...they have been incurring default judgements, but have not responded, and now face seizure of assets by the winning parties....The lesson here is that the Internet is more powerful than the Courts, when it comes down to the effect of a complaint against a fraudulent stock offering. I warned Mr. Price about that in September of 2011, when i put up the first Internet complaints. It took him until Februrary 2011 to notice that I was showing up on his first page Google Search...that got him to contact me for the first time, threatening to sue me. Since my reports are true, he realized that suing me wouldn't work (the truth is a valid defense) so he agreed to pay me for my losses...theat took several maonth, but I got the final payment a few days ago, and as per our agreement, I am now removing and up dating my complaints. feel free to call me at the number in the first section of this string if you have any questions. Thank you Scambook
