    I have just finished quite the arduous 45 minute call with their customer service line. I don't know if you had as much trouble understanding their representative as I had, but I recorded the call. Initially I was told there was nothing that could be done. I persisted, and they offered a 15% refund if I returned the product, I said that I would take that, but that I would be in touch with my lawyer as I had gone online and seen the number of complaints about their business practises. She spoke to her supervisor who authorized a 30% refund, and later a 50% refund. I agreed to both in turn, but each time insisted that I would continue to pursue this through my lawyer as I felt their practises were unfair in that I did not recall agreeing to the terms they insisted were part of the sign up for the trial offer. I kept my temper and told them that I insisted on returning the product as I did not want it in my house any longer, and that I would still be pursuing this with my lawyer - after much hemming and hawing, and after she spoke to the Finance Department, they agreed to a 100% refund.
    Now all I have to do is see if this actually comes through. They said they would send an email confirming my cancellation along with an "RMA" number that I had to include on the package. Hopefully this helps you, and I will keep you posted...
    June 2017: I thought I would update and hopefully encourage you. I have just received a cheque for the full amount they took me for. I got the promise of a refund (see email below) in early May, and have badgered and pestered them ever since. Last Friday, I sent an email to them with a "cc" to my lawyer. On Tuesday morning I received a call from their customer service rep saying "the cheque is in the mail". I could not believe it when I found the refund in my mailbox. The cheque did not bounce, and all I can recommend is to be tenacious - good luck to you all.
