Took my money for an upgrade and time extension - deleted my existing program without giving me the upgrade. Repeatedly denied all responsibility with form letter responses. Claims they don't handle technical support, but their "contact us" includes "Technical Support" as a category. Extremely rude and abusive to customers. Flatly refuses to pay any attention to customer complaints. I am demanding compensation for their abuse.
