I purchased 2 items of clothing from the silversmith.com.au on April 14, the delivery arrived by post on April 27. The items delivered are not those ordered. Not the same brand. Very likely not authentic to the branding displayed. Not the colour ordered. Not the style ordered. I have contacted by email the seller by online contact page twice and emailed the payment service onlinescredit.com, I have had no response. Please advise what action if any to resolve.
