My wife and I were pressured into a package purchase. The following day I realized the mistake I had made and tried to get out of the contract but was denied and couldn't do anything about it and had to pay. This was about 1 year ago. Now I just tried to redeem my package and was denied and have to provide proof that I paid. After seeing the other complaints I have seen with Sunny Palms maybe I'm better off writing off the $1100. Please review the sites they provide you'll find rape is a common complaint.
