I don't know how I got involved in this. I faxed to 303-824-3054
after finding the number online on 8-10-2011 asking them to cancel. They said my case # was 4137167. Did not hear another word from them even though they continue to debit my checking account each month in the amount of $29.95. The last deduction was made on 11-10-2011.
