I was looking for information on federal grants, I came a cross an add to have info sent for $2.97, the add said that it use to be sent free but that they needed to cover shipping an handling...to my chagrin $57.93 was taken, I reported that back in October, now this month they have taken another $57.93. This is out and out robbery, nowhere within their online form is there anything about a recurring charge for a piece of crud CD they send, and the information is old and unusable. I was willing to take it on the chin for my first mistake, but I am unwilling to continue this without fighting back.
