I signed up for 3 credit scores. Entered all my information and then could not access any information they had promised. I called the 800 number and spoke to an agent named Ann. I asked that all information be wiped out and my membership canceled. Told them it had been too much of a hastle and I DID NOT want anything to do with them. I also said that if any charges showed up on my credit card that I would call the State Attorney General!
