A person who name Victor Hugo Salazar contacted me by WhatAPP wanna buy the plastic welder machine from us. Once we confirm all details, he said he made the payment and sent us bank slip. Then we sent out 2pcs of welder machine. But we always can not receive his payment. Everytime we check with him why cannot receive, he give many excuse to inform why it delay, like payment need transfer via US, have many holidays recently. 1 month passed,we still not receive the payment, then I searched his name, and found this guy already cheated many companies and reported on a BBS. The bank slips he gave are fake.
