In April I bit on an email offering a trial offer and only paid shipping charges. In June I received another order and when I called to complain, I was informed I hadn't canceled within the 14 day period in April but they did agree to take 30%off the order if I didn't dispute it with my credit card company. I don't like using the product and feel like I was scammed because I didn't see the mice type saying I only had 14 days to cancel. I will never bite on one of these scam offers again.
