I switched providers on September 15 from T-Mobile to ATT. After that time, I got a bill for the entire month of service even though I had cancelled my account and had stopped service. I called T-Mobile about this and they said that I was right; that my phone was switched on 9/15, and that I owed $9.99 for the service until my phone was switched. I paid the $9.99.

Last night I opened a bill from T-Mobile for $123.53. When I called, they said that the bill was for the second line on my account that was never shut off. I explained that that line had not been used for 7 months and that I had called to get the amount due for my final bill with T-Mobile - $9.99 - and that I had paid that amount.

The representatives were not helpful. They were unapologetic for T-Mobile's mistake, and they would not cancel the bill.
