International boundaries
Ordered European brand shoes from what seemed to be a Canadian website. Was sent some inferior made in China shoes that looked totally different. Was shocked service rep answered from China. They offered a refund of 10% only, and also pressured me not to send back the shoes, which is what the refund policy posted on their website tells you to do. I returned the junk shoes by DHL courier, and have just gotten word that Chinese Customs is holding them, because the given telephone number is invalid. Needless to say, I have not received a reply email after telling them I sent the shoes back. Canadians beware of this website. I believe they do not have anything that's posted on their site.
