I have order Converse Platform shoes from this website http://www.lanrosemont.ca/
It cost 67USD They sent me the mismatch model.
Nothing close to what I have order.
After several emails they offer 10% refund. Even though their Terms and Conditions is below.
4. In case the products arrive with damages, wrong delivery or mismatched models, exchange or refund is 100% guaranteed. However, we would not hold responsibility for damage caused by malice action ( by customer herself/himself ), and exchange or refund would be rejected.
10% refund is ridiculous for the shoes I will never wear.
They suggest stupid ideas such as give to my friend as a gift or resell it. I never heard anything like that before with other website.
They also reject me when I ask to send it back. And now they reject my refund request.
After all I don't think they even have the model I ordered and they been ignore my email since then. It's been 3odays already and I still didn't get any offer to solve this problem.
I assume they are scam.

- I have the same experience with pcgold.ca This company is on the same address. They sent to me mismatch model of shoes and the suggestion was to refund 10% of the price. This is sure that they are scam!
