I have NEVER see this site nor ever visited this site. I was balancing my checking account that I use to my tuition re-payment only and saw this charge for grandcarstore.us. I immediately googled the company name and found pages of fraud charges to many people who also had the same experience. They had all my personal information. The lady's voice on the automated system is also the same person who answered the phone (strong accent). I questioned their ability to have a purchase for me when I do not use this card for purchases. To verify my information they only asked for the amount of the purchase and the last four of my credit card number. REALLY????? How can you pull someone's information up with just that information?!?!?! YOU CAN'T!!! When I advised them of the number of people who also were scammed by this company they hung up. I immediately called back only to have another person tell me that I purchased some item for an Ipad. I do not have one of those. I went to 411.com and did a reverse number search and learned this is a cell phone number registered in Las Vegas, NV. I called the Las Vegas Police Department who gave me a internet site to file a complaint. www.ic3.gov I suggest you do the same. The police department also suggested visiting your local police department to file a report which will then be transferred to them for further investigation. Not that this is a lot of money to loss; however, its the principle of the matter. I called my bank and disputed the charge and shut the card down. Sad part is that the bank will most likely eat the charge; hence increasing our banking fees over time with white collar crimes. Sad isn't it?

Please help me in stopping this company from making billions off of fraud charges that WE MUST CORRECT!
