I purchased Netgear Black hawk Wi-Fi Modem Router from Seaport.com in Nov 23 2016 with credit card. It was 194.00 Netgear advised me to return item. I had difficulty w receipt of RMA label, so I missed the return date. Company wasn't speedy in sending RMA number. It took 10-12 days for email reply. I returned item insured by US postal Service on Dec 28 2016. I never received refund or returned item. They kept my funds. Said I was past the 30 day return refund period. How can they do that? The item had a defective LED on rear panel input for Ethernet cable this is why Netgear advised me to return. I have sent numerous emails. They closed my case, kept funds, failed to return item I returned to them. Total spent was over $200.00.
